Hummm, mine are a dark green resin about an eight of an inch thick that is solid as a rock - but with the fuselage hollow. Maybe it's Allen's new compound. Very nice engraved panel lines on the L1011-500, 747SP and MD-80, and the DC-9's were done very well with good lobe crease detail.
His IPMS Nationals-winning Braniff 747SP conversion used to be on display at the hobby shop on Sepulveda Blvd. south of LA, but the shop is long gone. Too bad, as it was a good source of airliner plastic and decals.
