Could it be that they were talking about the time when they were undergoing the conversion from the pointy style to the screwdriver tailcones?

Just out of interest Jeff, did they give any indication of how often they would have to replace a tailcone - & why? I realise that's a significant saving, but in this 'throw-away' age I find it remarkable that they go to the trouble of doing so, unless they have a very large turnover in tailcones?
